Guidelines for your images

Please respect our safe space by sending images that meet the following guidelines. If you upload images to Dropbox to be used in your BuddyGames and/or Memory Games, you agree to have those used by us for those purposes. We will use them for no other reason.

The following links are to Facebook or Instagram guidelines that we use as well.

  • Share only photos that you’ve taken or have the right to share.

Don’t send anything to us that you’ve copied or collected from the Internet that you don’t have the right to use. Learn more about intellectual property rights.

  • Send photos that are appropriate for a diverse audience.

While we don’t create direct links to your pages, Google can and will find them, so others may as well. With this in mind, we maintain “family-friendly” content on the site.

    We don’t allow nudity.

People like to share photos of their children. For safety reasons, we do not allow images that show nude or partially-nude children. Even when this content is shared with good intentions, it could be used by others in unanticipated ways. You can learn more on our Tips for Parents page.

  • Follow the law.

We have zero-tolerance when it comes to sharing sexual content involving minors or threatening to post intimate images of others.  This also includes images of graphic violence or self-injury.

We may work with law enforcement, including when we believe that there’s risk of physical harm or threat to public safety.

Because of the creative process involved in crafting each order, these purchases are non-refundable. That said, we will work with you to try and achieve your 100% satisfaction. As we’ve said all along, our goal is to make this a Happy Experience for us both!

Your Buddy Game on our Public Website

Please note that if you purchase a Buddy Game, your webpage will be Public (so it “could” be found by Google), but it will not be found through a link anywhere on the website. This is why we will not use your name or your company’s / organization’s name on your personalized page(s). We provide you the link to share at will.
